Juah Washington, Academic Program Manager

With over 16 years of serving children, youth, and families as a mentor, advocate, and bridge, Juah values the heights and depths of individual stories and the glory hidden in each one. Graced for the middle, she stands to preserve the wellness of all she encounters with tact and character. Excellence, honor, and integrity, are three values she holds herself to as a professional, thus becoming and asset to any team, mission, or objective she is called to. Her heritage stems from a rich lineage of Liberian roots, Boston resilience, and a blossoming loyalty to the many sides of the city of Chicago—where great hope, faith, and love to confront darkness with light motivates her movement.
